Custom workwear,
made simple
Choose your garments, select the colours, sizes and quantities you need, then add your branding requirements.
Embroidery orders can be configured and placed directly online. Print requirements are handled through a tailored quotation so the most suitable production method and price can be confirmed before you proceed.
Order in 6 clear steps
1. Choose your garment, colour and fit
Browse our range of polos, T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets, high-visibility workwear, hats and accessories.
Open a product and choose from the available colours and fit options.
2. Choose customisation options
Depending on the selected product, choose embroidery, print by quote or no customisation.
Embroidery and blank garments can be ordered online. Print requirements are handled through our quotation process.
3. Select the branding position
Choose from the branding positions available for the selected garment, such as left chest, sleeve, large front or large back.
Only positions suitable for that product are displayed.
4. Provide your artwork and branding details
Upload a new logo, refer to previously supplied artwork, or add names, initials or simple text where available.
The visual preview shows the approximate position of the branding on the selected garment. It is a placement guide and not the final production proof.
5. Select sizes and quantities
Divide the required quantity across the available sizes.
Different colours, sizes and fits of the same product are combined when calculating the applicable garment quantity price band.
Review the configuration and add it to the basket, or continue to the quote form for print requirements.
6. Place the order and approve the artwork proof
Complete checkout for embroidery and blank-garment orders, or submit the quote request for print work.
For customised orders, our team reviews the artwork and sends a production proof by email. Production begins only after the final artwork and branding position have been approved.
Once production is complete, your order is prepared for dispatch. For more information on lead times, dispatch and delivery, view our Delivery Information page.
Choose how your garments will be customised
The available options depend on the selected product and the type of branding required.
Embroidery
Order embroidered garments online
Select the garment colours, sizes and quantities, choose the required branding position and provide your artwork.
The website calculates the garment price, embroidery charge and any applicable digitisation fee before you proceed through checkout.
Embroidery is suitable for company logos, names and initials on polos, fleeces, jackets, hats and other supported garments.
Print by quote
Request tailored print pricing
Screen print and transfer work is handled through our quotation process because the most suitable method and price depend on the garment, quantity, artwork, print size and branding position.
Select your garments, colours, sizes and quantities on the product page. Your configuration is then transferred automatically to the quote form.
No payment is taken when submitting a quote request.
No customisation
Order selected garments without branding
Some garments can be purchased without embroidery or print.
Choose the required colours, sizes and quantities, review the applicable garment quantity price and proceed through the normal checkout process.
How pricing is calculated
Our pricing system automatically applies the appropriate garment and customisation rates according to the products, quantities and branding options selected.
Garment quantity pricing
The quantities of the same product are combined across all selected colours, sizes and fits.
The garment pricing bands are:
- 1–9 garments
- 10–24 garments
- 25–49 garments
- 50–99 garments
- 100–249 garments
- 250 or more: quotation required
Example: if you order 10 navy polos, 8 black polos and 6 grey polos from the same product, the total quantity is 24. All 24 garments receive the applicable 10–24 unit price.
Quantities of different products are not combined when calculating the garment price band.
Embroidery pricing
Embroidery is added to the blank garment price.
The embroidery rate depends on:
- the selected branding position;
- the pricing group that position belongs to;
- the total number of placements within that group across the basket.
The website uses separate pricing groups for:
Standard placements
Standard placements These may include chest, sleeve, hat, leg and back-neck positions.
Large front
Large front Large branding positioned on the front of the garment.
Large back
Large back Top back, centre back, large back and bottom-back positions.
Names and initials
Names and initials Individual names, initials and personalised text are calculated separately from standard logo embroidery.
| Placement group | 1–9 | 10–24 | 25–49 | 50–99 | 100–249 | 250+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard placements | €8.95 | €7.25 | €5.75 | €4.75 | €3.95 | Quote |
| Large front / back Up to 35,000 stitches |
€22.50 | €13.50 | €10.00 | €8.00 | €6.25 | Quote |
| Names / initials | €5.00 | €4.25 | €3.75 | €3.50 | €3.25 | Quote |
Placements within the same group are combined when determining the applicable customisation rate.
Example: 12 left-chest placements and 8 sleeve placements create a total of 20 standard embroidery placements.
If any customisation pricing group reaches 250 placements, a tailored quotation is required.
Digitisation
A new embroidery logo normally requires a once-off €25 digitisation fee. This covers preparing the artwork in a format suitable for embroidery production.
The fee is charged once for each unique new logo, even when the same logo is used on several products or branding positions within the same basket. Uploading the same logo file for multiple products does not create another digitisation fee.
Previously supplied and approved logos do not normally require digitisation again. When reordering, select the option to use a previously supplied logo and provide the relevant order number, company name or logo reference.
Free digitisation: Where the garments using a particular new logo reach a qualifying value of €250 including VAT, the digitisation fee for that logo is waived automatically.
Print requests
Screen print and transfer projects are handled through our quotation process.
Print pricing can depend on the garment, total quantity, artwork complexity, number of colours, print size, branding position and the production method best suited to the project.
Choose Print by quote on the product page, select the required colours, sizes and quantities, and continue to the quote form.
Your product details are transferred automatically, and you can add your artwork, delivery requirements and any additional information before submitting the request.
No payment is taken at this stage.
Embroidery orders
Embroidery is available for direct online ordering on supported garments.
You can:
- select colours, sizes and quantities;
- choose the required branding position;
- upload a new logo or reference existing artwork;
- add names, initials or simple text where available;
- review the calculated garment and embroidery pricing;
- proceed securely through checkout.
Every uploaded logo is checked before production.
If the artwork is unsuitable for the selected embroidery option, our team will contact you before production begins.
Artwork preview and approval
The preview shown on the product page helps you visualise the approximate branding position on the selected garment.
It is intended as a placement guide and is not the final production proof.
Before production:
We review the supplied artwork.
We prepare a production proof.
The proof is sent to you by email.
You approve the final artwork and placement.
Production begins.
Where necessary, we will contact you about artwork quality, logo size, colours, positioning or any changes required.
Repeat orders
Registered customers can reorder previously configured garments through their account.
Open a previous order, select the items you need again and adjust the quantities before adding them to the basket.
Where the same previously approved logo is being reused, another digitisation fee will not normally be required.
If a previous garment, colour or size is no longer available, contact our team and we will help you identify the closest suitable alternative.
