Print by Quote
Printing and transfer requirements are handled by quotation so we can recommend the most suitable method for your artwork, garment and quantity.

Adding your logo or artwork
When configuring an embroidered garment, you can choose from several artwork options.
Upload a new logo or design
Upload artwork that has not previously been supplied to us.
Accepted file formats include: SVG, JPG / JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS
SVG / vector file formats are the most suitable file types for logos/artwork.
The maximum upload size is 15MB per file.
If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, upload the best-quality version available. Our team will review it before production.
Use previously supplied logo
If we already have your logo from a previous order, you can select Use previously supplied logo.
Where available through your customer account, you can select artwork associated with an eligible previous order.
Using previously prepared artwork will normally mean that another digitisation fee is not required for the same logo.
Reuse artwork within the same garment
Once artwork has been added to a garment configuration, it can be reused for another branding position without uploading the same file again.
For example, you could use the same company logo on:
Left Chest + Right Sleeve + Standard Back
while only supplying the artwork once.
Text and job titles
Simple text-based embroidery can also be added where required.
This can be useful for:
- job titles;
- departments;
- company wording;
- role descriptions;
- or other short text.
The online preview automatically adjusts longer text to help keep it within the approximate branding area.
Names and initials
Employee names or initials can be added using the dedicated personalisation option.
Names and initials use their own embroidery pricing group and are calculated separately from standard logo placements.
Multiple branding positions
Add more than one customisation to the same garment
You are not limited to a single logo position.
Eligible garments can support multiple embroidery customisations on the same garment configuration.
Depending on the product, available positions may include locations such as:
- Left Chest
- Right Chest
- Centre Chest
- Left Sleeve
- Right Sleeve
- Top Back
- Centre / Middle Back
- Bottom Back
- Large Front
- Large Back
You can use the same artwork in several positions or use different artwork for each position.
- The exact positions available depend on the garment. For example, a cap will not necessarily offer the same branding positions as a polo, jacket or hoodie.
- Each saved customisation applies to the full quantity within that garment configuration.
- If some garments require different branding, configure those garments separately.
Pricing made simple
Embroidery pricing is based on placement type and quantity
Embroidery positions are grouped into:
- Standard placements
- Large Front
- Large Back
- Names & Initials
| Placement group | 1–9 | 10–24 | 25–49 | 50–99 | 100–249 | 250+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard placements | €8.95 | €7.25 | €5.75 | €4.75 | €3.95 | Quote |
| Large front / back Up to 35,000 stitches |
€22.50 | €13.50 | €10.00 | €8.00 | €6.25 | Quote |
| Names / initials | €5.00 | €4.25 | €3.75 | €3.50 | €3.25 | Quote |
How are embroidery quantity bands calculated?
Embroidery pricing is based on the total number of placements within the same pricing group across the basket.
This means eligible Standard chest, sleeve and standard back positions can combine towards the same quantity band even when different positions are used.
When is a quotation required?
If a customisation pricing group reaches 250 placements or more, the order requires a tailored quotation.
Larger, unusual or particularly complex artwork may also require review and quotation.
- Example: 10 Left Chest placements + 10 Right Sleeve placements = 20 Standard placements
- Because both positions belong to the Standard pricing group, they combine to determine the applicable embroidery quantity rate.
What is digitisation?
Before a logo can be embroidered, it normally needs to be converted into a specialist embroidery file.
This process is called digitisation and tells the embroidery equipment how the design should be stitched.
A digitisation fee may apply when a new logo is supplied.
Will I pay digitisation more than once?
Normally, no.
If the same new logo is reused across several positions, colours, sizes or eligible products within an order, it is treated as the same artwork rather than being repeatedly charged.
Previously prepared artwork can also be reused on future orders without normally requiring another digitisation fee.
Different new logos may require separate digitisation.
Online preview & proof approval
Preview your branding before ordering
The product customiser provides an approximate visual preview showing your selected garment, artwork and branding position.
The preview is a placement guide only. It is not an exact representation of final stitch size, thread colour, garment proportions or finished embroidery.
What happens after you order?
1. Artwork reviewed
We check your supplied artwork and order details.
2. Proof prepared
Where required, we prepare a production proof.
3. Proof sent by email
You receive the proof for review.
4. Customer approval
Check the artwork, spelling and branding positions carefully.
5. Production begins
Production starts once the required artwork and branding details have been approved.
Branding Workwear Packs
Workwear Packs already include:
- one Standard embroidery position per garment;
- one shared company logo;
- digitisation;
- and standard delivery.
Additional branding positions, different artwork, Large Front or Large Back embroidery, names and initials can also be added through the Pack Builder.
Need something more specialised?
If your requirements fall outside the standard online customiser, we can still help.
This might include unusual branding positions, oversized artwork, specialist embroidery, printed garments, larger quantities or products that are not currently listed online.
